CAUTIONS

6. Do not operate the machine with any rovers off.

Be careful not to cut yourself on any sharp edges when you reach inside the machine

to remove misfed sheets of paper.

Do not use thermal head cleaner for anything but cleaning the thermal head. Be careful

as this cleaner is flammable. Take note of the following cautions regarding the cleaner:

I= Do not ingest.

= Do not inhale the cleaner’s fumes.

Keepoutof the reach of children.

= If cleaner comes in contactwith your skin, wash well with water.

= Keep away fromyoureyes. Ifcleaner comes in contactwith your eyes,

wash well. If irritation occurs, contact a doctor.

= Never

placecleanerwhere it will be exposed to heat.

9. If your hands are stained with ink:

- Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with your skin.

= CIeanse your skinthoroughlyafter

contact, before breaks and meals,

and at the end of your work period.

= Ink is

readily removed from skin by waterless hand cleaners, followed

by washing with soap and water.

Also, be careful not to get any ink on your dothing while emptying the master eject

box or while loading a new ink cartridge.
