Operating Instructions

This component Does this

(1) Toner cartridge Houses the toner for the printer.

(2) Fuser oil bottle Holds oil for fusing the toner to the paper.

(3) Ozone filters Reduces the amount of ozone that is

discharged into the air.

(4) Charger wire Gives the toner and electrostatic charge so

that it will stick to the paper.

(5) Waste toner bottle A receptacle for waste toner generated during

the printing process.

(6) Photoconductor unit Used to compose the image being printed.

Note: Screws are used to hold the

photoconductor unit in place. Be sure to

remove the screws before attempting to

remove the unit.

Note: The condition of the photoconductor

unit belt directly affects output appearance

and quality. Always be careful to prevent the

green film in this unit from becoming dirty or

damaged. Do not touch the black belt. Do not

rotate the gear on the right side of the printer.

Otherwise, the inside belt will be damaged.
