Service Professionals who are not currently certified on the B222/B230 Series can be trained on the G133 by
first completing the B222/B230 Series Blended Learning Part I self-pace course, and then the 4-day
B222/B230 Series Blended Learning Part II instructor-led training program. This course includes
certification on the G133.
The self-pace course is available in two versions—Self-Pace CD-ROM and via Ricoh University Custom
eLearning. The CD-ROM version must be ordered from your Regional Order Entry Department (see ordering
info below). The eLearning course has been automatically added at no additional charge to the course
catalog of all Service Professionals who are currently subscribed to Ricoh University Custom eLearning,
available by dealer contract.

Service Professionals who are not certified on any of the above models but who have industry color
experience must successfully complete the Digital Color Competency Exam. Service Professionals lacking
industry color experience but who have experience supporting mid-volume B/W MFP’s must successfully
complete the Digital Color Basics CBT.
