Known Issues and Limitations

 The Citrix replication function, which replicates driver files on another server, is not supported.

Manually install the printer driver on each server.

 Device Option Utility is not supported for use with any version of the Printer Driver for Universal

Print.

 The following settings configured to the client's local or network printer are not inherited by the

auto-created printer that uses the Printer Driver for Universal Print—printing cases (b), (d) and

(f):

o User ID, Password and User name in Job Type Details

o Login User Name and Login Password in Authentication

o User code

o Classification Code

o One Click Presets

o Watermarks (User defined)

 When configuring the user-defined One Click Icons and watermarks on the drivers on the Citrix

server, these might not be retained after logging on again. In the Printer Driver for Universal

Print v4.5.0.0 or later, this limitation is resolved by supporting “8-7. Roaming User Profiles

”.
