2-1-1. WHQL Certification

Printer Driver for Universal Print v4.0.0.0 and later include WHQL certification for the following

operating systems:

• Windows XP

• Windows Vista

• Windows 7

• Windows 8

• Windows 8.1*

• Windows Server 2003

• Windows Server 2008

• Windows Server 2008 R2

• Windows Server 2012

• Windows Server 2012 R2*

*Printer Driver for Universal Print v4.3.0.0 or later only.

2-1-2. Windows Catalog

Although Printer Driver for Universal Print v3.x includes WHQL certification for some operating

systems, it is not possible to list it in the Windows Catalog because of its specifications.

The driver structure has been changed as of Printer Driver for Universal Print v4.0.0.0, so the driver is

now listed in the Windows Catalog. This will help us promote to users the compatibility of the Printer

Driver for Universal Print on the Windows operating system:
