The format border settings (x and y values) are explained

using the following example:

X = 0 [mm/inch]

y = 0 [mm/inch]

y = ... [mm/inch]

X = ... [mm/inch]

If the drawing is not to be scanned at the top left-hand point

(x =0, y =0) of the sheet, because e.g. it has a relatively

large border you can stipulate the top left-hand point at

which the scanning process begins using the x and y values.

The top and left-hand edge of the original is ignored by the

scan:
