To recall destinations using a title

screen.

cording to the settings in

[Configuration] → [Basic Set-

tings] → [Scanner] → [Select

Title] on the Web Status Mon-

itor.

highlight the title you wish to

select, and then press [OK].

The destinations assigned to the

selected title are displayed.

❒ You can select the title under

which each of the registered

destinations is assigned in

[Configuration] → [E-mail Set-

tings] → [E-mail Address] →

[Assign Title] on the Web Sta-

tus Monitor.

C Highlight the destination you

wish to select, and then press

[Select].

❒ While highlighting a destina-

tion with its check box select-

ed, press [Clear] to clear the

check box (this deselects the

destination).

❒ If you wish to select from an-

other title, press the {

} (Ti-

tle) key. This displays a list of

titles again.

D Press [OK].

To recall all available destinations

When no cc (carbon copies) desti-

nation and subject is necessary,

press [Exit] here. The E-mail/Send

File standby screen is displayed,

and the first destination you have

selected appears on the second

line of the screen. When you have

selected the multiple destinations,

you can confirm them by using
